DIES AFTER LONG ILLNESS

Private Services for Mrs. F.A. Bonebright Monday at 2 P.M.

Mrs. Frank A. Bonebright died at her home at 6:30 p.m. yesterday after a long illness. She had been in failing health for the past eight years and had been bedfast the past two months.

Private funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the home and burial will be made in the family burial grounds just south of the house. Dr. Effie McCollum Jones will officiate. Foster's is in charge.

Mrs. Bonebright leaves no immediate relatives, her parents and sisters and brothers having preceded her in death.

Katherine [according to the burial marker her name is spelled Kathryn] Poe was born in Illinois, but came to Webster City after she grew to young womanhood. She was a milliner for a time and then kept house for the late J.D. Sketchley until her marriage Dec. 28, 1905 to Frank A. Bonebright. He was a son of Sarah Brewer Bonebright, daughter of Wilson Brewer, first settler in Newcastle, now Webster City. The family came here in 1848.

Mr. and Mrs. F.A. Bonebright lived in Webster City all of their married life. Many years ago they moved to the old home place, now known as the Pioneer farm on south Superior street, and made their home with Mrs. Sarah Bonebright, until her death.

Frank A. Bonebright died in 1934 and his wife, who was in failing health, continued her residence there, being cared for by Mrs. Myrtle Long.
