Elizabeth "Betty" Ostebee, 80, Ellsworth, died Saturday, Nov. 8, 2003 at Heritage Care Center in Iowa Falls. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Williams on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m.

Betty was born June 11, 1923 in rural Hamilton County, the daughter of Edward and Katherine Wilmer. She farmed west of Alden. On Dec. 29, 1971 she married Orville Ostebee and the couple moved to rural Ellsworth. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Williams and sang in the choir.

Survivors are her husband, Orville, a sister, Mary Wilmer of Ellsworth; eight nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and a great-niece.
