Troy "Grover" Grove, 40, Webster City, died Friday, July 5, 2002 at his home. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Faith United Methodist Church with Rev. Brian Carter officiating. Visitation will be at the Foster Funeral Home from 5-9 p.m. Monday and at the church after 11 a.m. Tuesday.

Troy Alvin Grove, son of Neal and Mary Fisher Grove, was born Nov. 22, 1961 at Webster City. He received his education in Webster City Schools, graduating in 1980. He worked as a welder at Electrolux for 21 years.

He is survived by his father and step-mother, Neal and Myrtle Grove; mother, Mary Jane Grove, sisters and brother-in-law, Roshawna and Marlo White, Jane Anderson; nieces and nephews, Shanda and Rusty Grove, Derrick Bergantzel, all of Webster City; Jerry Ford of Iowa Falls and Susan Obregon of Gilbertsville, Pa.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, and brother-in-law, Harold Anderson.

He was baptized at Faith United Methodist Church and was a member of Pheasants Forever, Boone Forks Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation, UAW Local # 442 and the Elliott Racing Team.
