Virginia A. Gartner, 74, Hampton died June 17, 2002 in Mason City. Services will be Friday at 10 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church in West Concord, Mn. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery in Webster City. Visitation is Thursday at the Sietsema-Vogel Funeral Home in Hampton from 4-8 p.m. Virginia Egland graduated from Webster City High School in 1945.

[she is buried with her first husband, Russell Barr, they married in 1948, in Graceland Cemetery, Webster City, Iowa; her second husband was Robert Gartner, they married in 1983; she was the daughter of Leonard Egland 1898-1938 and Mabel Hanson Egland Olthoff 1903-1987 - her parents are buried in the Evergreen Cemetery in Jewell, Iowa]
