George T. Stepp Sr., 86, Oceanside, Calif., a former Webster City resident, died Nov. 30, 2001. Inurnment will be in the Ft. Rosencrans National Cemetery in Point Loma, Calif. He is survived by his wife Rosemary, son George Stepp Jr., two daughters Sally Anne Stark and Susan Childress, four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
