Jeff Allen, 43, of Webster City died unexpectedly Monday, August 9, 2021 at Boone County Hospital. Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, August 20, 2021 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. A private burial will be at Blairsburg Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday evening at the church. Foster Funeral and Cremation Center is entrusted with the services.

Jeffrey Wayne Allen, son of Richard and Susan (Griep) Allen, was born May 21, 1978 in Cedar Rapids. He graduated from Northeast Hamilton in 1996. Following graduation, he attended NIACC and ICCC. On October 8, 2005 Jeff was united in marriage to NaTasha Marie Hammitt at the 7B Ranch in Webster City. Jeff worked as a RV Technician for many years in Webster City, Story City, and Nevada. He currently was employed at Moffitt Ford in Boone.

He is survived by his wife, NaTasha; children, Paxton and Olivia; father-in-law, Randy (Karen) Hammitt; mother-in-law, Terri Hammitt; step-mother-in-law, Elaine Hammitt; brothers-in-law, Nick (Kristin) Hammitt; Jacob Hammitt; sisters-in-law, Maria Hammitt, Jenna Hammitt grandmother-in-law, Audrey Walmsley and uncle, Bill (Peggy) Adams.

Jeff was preceded in death by his parents; maternal grandmother, Dorothy Griep and paternal grandparents, Wayne and Ruth Allen.

He was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church and a past member of the U.C.C. of Blairsburg. Jeff had been a volunteer firefighter for the Blairsburg and Thompson communities. He was an Eagle Scout, a grill master, enjoyed races, camping and spending time with his family and friends.
