Michael and Kimberly Toftee are mourning the death of their 5 month old daughter, Madison Ann Toftee. Madison died Sunday, August 12, 2001 at the Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the Asbury United Methodist Church with Rev. Mike Morgan officiating. Burial will be in Babyland of Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday and at the church prior to the service.

Madison was born March 10, 2001 at the Mercy Medical Center.

She is survived by her parents, a brother, Ryan; grandparents, Andrew and Mary Reinken of Boca Raton, Fl.; James and Marsha Jewell of Stanhope; Brad and Lorna Fjelland of Radcliffe; David Toftee of Webster City; great grandparents, Charlotte Reinken of Boca Raton, Fl., Clifford Pike of Milford; Bob and Sharon Jewell, Cliff and Pat Ludwig, Ruth Toftee, all of Webster City; Faye Fjelland of Mesa, Az., great-great grandmothers, Ella Ludwig of Webster City; Vera Jewell of Willows, Ca; aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
