Tuesday, January 16, 2001Arnold C. Sheldahl, 92, formerly of Ellsworth, died Sunday, January 14, 2001 at Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 17, 2001 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Ellsworth with Rev. Mike Herschberger officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at Homewood Cemetery in Ellsworth. Friends may call Wednesday morning and afternoon at Trinity Lutheran Church prior to the services. Memorials may be given to Trinity Lutheran Church in Ellsworth. Becker Funeral Home in Jewell is entrusted with funeral arrangements.
