Mrs. Callies Passes Away

Sunday evening at about 7:30 o'clock, Mrs. William Callies, residing four miles north of this city, passed away, her death being due to dropsical trouble, from which she had suffered for some time. The deceased was 41 years of age, and besides her husband, leaves a family of six children. They are her, Herbert, Chare, Esther, Emma and Albert residing at home and Paul Callies of Sioux City.

The deceased was a good Christian woman and her death brings sorrow to many friends. She was a member of the German Lutheran church of this city, from which church the funeral was held yesterday afternoon, Rev. W. F. George officiating
