Mrs. William R. Carroll, 64, of Route 2, East Moline, died last night in Moline Public Hospital.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in the Wendt Brothers, Funeral Home, Moline. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Gardens, Silvis.

Visitation is from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Beatrice Jaques was born in Popejoy, Iowa. She was married to William R. Carroll Nov. 1, 1952, in Rock Island.

Mrs. Carroll was past president of East Moline World War II Mothers local 29.

Surviving are the widower; three sons, Donald R. Elston Sr. of East Moline, and Gene and Vernon Elston of Clarion, Iowa; two step-sons, Frank Carroll and William F. Carroll, both of Moline; 16 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, and three sisters, Mrs. Beulah Reed, Webster City, Iowa, Mrs. Lola Herndon, Mason City, Iowa, and Mrs. Gwin Coit, Seattle, Wash.

She was preceded in death by two sisters.
