Clifford Roe, 76, Albert Lea, MN., died Friday, March 5, 1999 at the Methodist Hospital in Rochester, MN. Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Albert Lea with Rev. Douglas Wahlberg officiating.

Clifford Roe was born April 19, 1922 in Rose Grove, IA, the son of Ole and Mary Maislane Roe. He graduated from McCallsburg High School in Iowa, in 1940. He married Dorothy Williams in Lanesboro, MN. in 1952. They lived in Webster City until 1968 when they moved to Albert Lea. He worked for Land O'Lakes in Albert Lea and Blue Coach in Wells. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church where he served as an usher.

Survivors are his children, Donald Roe, Albert Lea, Rodney Roe, Rochester, MN., Connie Roe, Albert Lea, Patricia Porter, Albert Lea; five grandchildren, one great-grandchild, a sister, Ruth Jensen of Chatfield, MN., a brother, Kenneth of Ames, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, two sisters and eight brothers.
