Robert F. Richey, 70, Webster City, died Tuesday, March 28, 2000 at the Hamilton Hospital. The body has been cremated. Graveside services for family and friends will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Graceland Cemetery officiated by Rev. Susan (Richey) Nienaber. Following the services a luncheon will be held at the Moose Lodge in Webster City.

Robert Richey was born Dec. 12, 1929 in Webster City, the son of William and Gladys Brower Richey. He was a graduate of Webster City High School. He owned and operated Brower Electric, and later worked for Webster City Custom Meals until his retirement in 1993.

Survivors are his wife, Charlotte [Scott Baker], daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Jim Nienaber of Coon Rapids, MN., five step-children and their spouses, Mike and Kathy Baker, Webster City, Jim and Maxine Baker of Boone, Denny and DJ Baker of Webster City, Donna and Dale Luhmann of Webster City and Karen Strunk of Webster City; 11 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, one brother Dean of Burnsville, MN., two sisters Betty Larson of Charlotte, MI., and Deloris Caruth of Webster City. He was preceded in death by his parents and one great-grandson.

Mr. Richey was a member of the Moose Lodge.
