Lily Balsley Collins, 51, died November 28, 1999 in Tacoma, Washington. The body was cremated and will be returned to Webster City where the cremains will be buried in Graceland Cemetery.

Lily Marlene Balsley was born in Webster City [in 1949], but moved to Tacoma with her maternal grandparents when she was in grade school.

She is survived by two daughters, an uncle, Roger Balsley, Webster City, aunts, Janice Merz, Fort Dodge and Judy Kunz, Traer.

She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Dean Balsley, and her mother, Viola Keck Balsley.
