Edna Zenor Sudderberg, youngest child of L.D. and Sadie Zenor, was born near Ames, Iowa, Dec. 28, 1898. She grew to womanhood and received her education near her birthplace, later moving to Boone, where she was married to Wallace Sudderberg, March 27, 1918, living near Boone until two years ago when they moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico, where she passed away suddenly, November 27, 1923. Owing to her husband's illness he was unable to accompany the remains to Boone. In her girlhood she united with the Evangelical Church at Zenorsville.

She leaves to mourn her untimely death, her husband, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, her mother, Mrs. Sadie [Boone] Zenor of Boone, two brothers and fours sisters, Howard of Des Moines, Delbert, Eva Newcomb, Addie Cameron, Vera Newcomb and Vinnie, all of Boone, also many near relatives and friends. Her father and two sisters preceded her in death.

Her cheerful, sunny disposition and pleasing personality made friends for her wherever she was and she will be sadly missed from her home circle and the companionship of her relatives and friends.

During her residence in Albuquerque, Mrs. Sudderberg was employed as secretary to City Manager Calkins of that city. She had been away from her desk just two weeks before the end came. The Albuquerque State Tribune, in announcing her demise said, "Mayor Ed Swope and City Manager Calkins said she was one of the most loyal and efficient of the city employees."
