Larry "Sonny" Campeau, 80, of Webster City, died Friday, May 18, 2018 at Crestview Nursing and Rehabilitation. Memorial services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, May 25, 2018 at Foster Funeral and Cremation Center with Deacon Mike Carney officiating. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery.
Lawrence Ledger Allen Campeau, the son of Ledger and Theresa Ann Smit Campeau was born on September 13, 1937 in New Richmond, WI. He married Lorene "Pat" Short on February 14, 1975. The couple moved to Williams in 1986 and settled in Webster City in 1992. Pat preceded him in death on July 28, 2006. Larry married Patty Andrews in 2007. He was employed at various places in Webster City over the years.
Survivors include his wife, Patty, of Fort Dodge; daughter-in-law, Robin Campeau of Webster City; step-daughter, Terri (Mark) Christian of Webster City; several grandchildren including, Jason Campeau, John Campeau, Joey (Stacie Joslin) Campeau, Jenny (Kendall Keenan) Campeau., Jeanine (Shane Nokes) Christian, Christina Christian, Mark Christian Jr. and Stephanie (Chad) LaSourd; ten great-grandchildren and one on the way; and sisters, Vivian (Charlie) Cloutier, Pat (Marvin) Pearson and Darlene (John) Kreisser.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by wife, Pat; son, William, two other sons; siblings, Ron, Irene, Elsie and Bernadette.
