Scott D. "Chuck" Yager, 42, of Ellsworth died November 26, 2016 at Israel Family Hospice House in Ames. Memorial services will be Saturday, December 3 at 2:00 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Ellsworth. Visitation will be Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 at Soderstrum-Reimers Funeral Home in Jewell.

Chuck was born on November 26, 1974 in Moline, IL to Raymond and Connie (Britton) Yager, Jr. He married Lori Clark on May 10, 2014. He worked as a body piercer at Asylum tattoo shop in Ames, and at Lumber Specialties in Story City. Chuck was also proud to be a Harley Davidson certified mechanic. He enjoyed fishing, working on motorcycles and going out to dinner. He enjoyed spending time with his family and was a great tumbling dad.

Clark is survived by his wife Lori of Ellsworth; five daughters, Daphne Clark of Jewell, Skyler Backoff, Fiona Brown, Onika Brown and Willow Grace Yager, all of Ellsworth; a granddaughter, Phoebi Young; his mother, Connie Yager of Colona, IL; a sister, Christine (Rory) Dennison of East Moline, IL; his in-laws, Dave and Linda Clark of Ellsworth; brothers-in-law, Chris (Maureen) Clark and Mark (Jeneen) Clark; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in his name.
