Mrs. Ejner (Evelyn) Dyvad, 55, a former Webster City resident, died this morning at Mercy hospital in Cedar Rapids. She had been in failing health the past year.

Funeral services for Mrs. Dyvad will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic church in Webster City with Father Edgar Kurt officiating and with burial in Calvary Catholic cemetery.

Rosary will be at 8 p.m. Friday at the Foster Funeral home.

Evelyn M. Kelting, daughter of Otto and Elizabeth Kluck Kelting, was born Jan. 25, 1916 in Minnesota. In 1924, she moved with her family to Webster City, where she was reared and educated.

She was united in marriage April 21, 1934, to Ejner Dyvad at Webster City. The family had resided at Marion, Iowa, the past 12 years.

She is survived by her husband; three daughters, Mrs. Bruce (Marilyn) Nichols of Farmington, Minn., Mrs. David (Kathy) McKay of Cedar Rapids; Kris Dyvad, at home; two sons, Donald Dyvad of Webster City and Tom Dyvad, at home; five grandchildren; four sisters and four brothers, Mrs. Pearl Miller, Grand Junction, Iowa, Mrs. Louis (Florence) Elsen of Moorland, Iowa, Mrs. Charles (Irene) Kazee of Elko, Nev., Mrs. Clair (Jeanette) Costellow of Norwalk, Calif., Alfred W. Kelting, Fort Dodge, Arthur S. Kelting, Webster City, Kenneth O. Kelting, Cedar Falls, Lawrence Kelting of Sioux City.

Mrs. Dyvad was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic church in Marion.
