Wynne Reynolds, 76, Webster City, died Monday, October 1, 2001 at her daughter's home in Webster City. Memorial services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church with Rev. Travis Schmidt officiating. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery prior to the memorial service. Visitation will be at the Foster Funeral Home from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday only.

Elizabeth Wynne Meeson, daughter of Percy and Gladys Corbett Meeson, was born Nov. 11, 1924 at Charters Towers, Queensland, Australia. She received her education in Australia and met Donovan D. Reynolds while he was serving in the U.S. Navy stationed in Australia. They were married Oct. 16, 1944 at Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, Australia. They moved to the United States in July of 1946, the couple resided in Buckeye, Williams and moved to Webster City in 1956. She had worked at Frigidaire, retiring in 1986. Mr. Reynolds died in August of 1975.

Mrs. Reynolds is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Greg and Randa Reynolds, Grand Blanc, Mi., Dr. Craig and Della Reynolds of Frederick, Md., daughter and son-in-law, Gretchen and Don Bruner of Webster City, grandchildren, Christa Stirling, Olathe, Ks., Joel Bruner, Manchester, NH, Chris Reynolds, Flint, Mi., Sara, Chantal and Elizabeth Reynolds of Frederick, Md., great-grandchildren, Cohen and Katlyn Reynolds of Flint, Hannah Stirling of Olathe, brother, Percy Meeson, Iluka, New South Wales, Australia, a niece and 2 nephews in Australia, 3 nieces and 2 nephews in California.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Christine Lynnette Reynolds, brother, Norman Meeson and sister Joyce Schirmer.

She was a member of the St. Paul's Lutheran Church, UAW local #442, and the American Legion Auxiliary.

Memorials may be given to Hamilton County Hospice/Respite or Meals on Wheels.
