Miss Lillie Hall, 47, died at 8 a.m. Monday, Oct. 29, of an acute attack of heart trouble.

Lillie Amanda Hall was born at Cottage Hill, Dubuque county, Iowa, Oct. [could be 11 or 31], 1881. Her parents moved to Algona in September, 1882, moving from there to Ledyard, where she spent most of her childhood days. The family moved to Webster City in 1912. She left to mourn her passing her father, C.C. Hall, of Webster City, two sisters and three brothers, as follows: J.C. Hall, of St. Louis, Mo.; Mrs. T.H. McGilligan, Algona; Mrs. Ruth Clendenning, of Webster City; A.W. Hall of Duluth, Minn., and D.W. Hall, of Hibbing, Minn, also two favorite aunts, Mrs. M.E. Ruffcorn and Mrs. E.E. Greenley, of Independence, besides a host of other relatives and friends. Lillie was baptized and joined the Christian Catholic church of Zion several years ago. She never lost faith in her Heavenly Father and always had a cheerful word and was a patient invalid all her life. She was never able to walk.

Funeral services were held at the United Brethren church Wednesday, Oct. 31 at 2:30 p.m., Rev. C.C. Dillavou officiating.
