MRS. C.C. HALL PASSES AWAY

Dies Saturday Night Following a Stroke of Apoplexy, Aged 67 Years

Funeral From Home Tomorrow Afternoon at 2 O'clock

Mrs. C.C. Hall passed away at her home, 937 Walnut street Saturday at 10 p.m., at the age of 67 years, as a result of a stroke of apoplexy.

Sarah Frances Montgomery was born at Cottage Hill, Dubuque county, Iowa, March 14, 1856 where she lived with her parents until she was married to Charles Calvin Hall, Dec. 25, 1877. They moved from there to Webster City in 1912, where Mrs. Hall resided until she passed away.

Six children were born, three sons and three daughters, all of whom are living. They are James Charles of Marble, Minn., Mrs. T.H. McGilligan, of Bancroft, Iowa; Lillie Hall, who lives at home; Mrs. Charles Clendenning, of Webster City; Alvah, of Hibbing, Minn., and Delbert, of Duluth; also two sisters, Mrs. M.E. Ruffcorn, of Independence and Mrs. E.E. Greenley of Winthrop, and also eight grandchildren.

Mrs. Hall joined the Christian Catholic church of Zion several years ago, in which she was a faithful worker. After coming to Webster City she was a faithful worker in the United Brethren church and was always ready and willing to sacrifice for others. She was a loving mother and a kind neighbor. She was a member of the W.R.C. and W.C.T.U. and will be greatly missed by her host of friends.

Funeral services will be held at the family home tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock, conducted by Rev. C.W. Fisher, of the United Brethren church. Interment will be in Graceland cemetery.
