James “Gordon” LeRoy Gordon, 63, Of Webster City, passed on Friday, March 10, 2017, in Clarion, Iowa. Visitation will be on Thursday, March 16 from 5:00-7:00 PM at Boman Funeral Home (www.bomanfh.com).

Gordon was born on October, 8 1953, in Iowa City to John and Juanita (Burnett) Gordon. He attended the Webster City High School. Gordon worked for Silverstines for several years, drove a truck for VanDiest Supply, and worked at Electrolux for 21 years.

He rode a Harley Davidson Road King and enjoyed Sturgis and trips to Daytona. Gordon also enjoyed landscaping, and spending time outside. What he loved most was spending time with his grandkids.

Gordon’s family includes: his companion Linda Buckley of Clarion; four children: John (Amy) Gordon of Fort Dodge, Bobbie (Jon) Hart of Casper, WY, Brandy (Mike) Willson of Webster City, and Josh (Katie) Gordon of Webster City; 15 grandchildren; three sisters: Maretta (Jerry) Thompson, of Algona, IA, Cindy (Terry) Worthen of Webster City, and Deb (Rich) Roberts of Webster City. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter Toni Hanson; two grandsons: Landon and Braydon; two brothers: Bill and Calvin; and one sister Mary.
