Kenneth Kraemer, 86, of Webster City died Friday, April 15, 2016 at Crestview Nursing and Rehabilitation. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church with Pastor Mark Eichler, officiating. Burial at Graceland Cemetery will follow the services. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.

Harlan Kenneth Gustav Kraemer, son of Gustav and Anna Stalling Kraemer, was born February 4, 1930 in Concord, NE. He attended schools in Concord, NE. Ken married Doris Ann Lindsteadt on February 6, 1949 in Norfolk, NE. The couple lived in Concord, NE for six years before moving to Colfax, WI. While in Colfax he worked as a dairy farmer. In 1969 they made Webster City their home. Ken and Doris owned and operated Kraemer Feed Service until his retirement in 1982. The couple were married for 66 years before Doris passed in Sept 2015.

Ken is survived by sons, Gary Kraemer of Webster City, Roger Kraemer of Colfax, WI; daughter, Ruth (Chris) Ederer of Homosassa, FL; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sister, Anita Dommer of Chippewa Falls, WI

In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Leonard, Ervin, Walden and Melvin; sisters, Loretta Baker, Verna Flege and Lavonne Haas.

Ken was a member at St. Paul's Lutheran Church where he served as an elder. While in Arizona he attended Christ Lutheran in Yuma. They enjoyed wintering in Arizona for 20+ years.
