Frances Marie "Fran" Wiese, 97, of Algona died Friday, September 11, 2015 at the Algona Manor Care Center.

A funeral service will be held today, Wednesday, September 15, 2015, at 11:00 AM, at First Lutheran Church, Algona with Pastor Marsha Smith officiating. Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery, Algona. Visitation will be from 9:30 AM today, Wednesday until time of service at the church. Oakcrest Funeral Services of Algona in charge of arrangements.

Frances is survived by daughter, Sandra (Frank) Pruismann, of Blairsburg; eight grandchildren; Mike Pruismann, Dave Pruismann, Joni Caufield, Steve Pruismann, Sherry Janssen, Chris Pruismann, Corey Pruismann, Mindy Harris, and many great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, two nieces; Corrine Hoeppner, and Linda Thaves.
