Jack R. Daniels, 87, passed away on Friday, February 26, 2016 of Alzheimer's Disease.

Jack Rodney Daniels was born August 20, 1928 in Kamrar, IA, son of Ray and Fern (Myer) Daniels. He was a resident of the Webster City, IA area for 74 years before moving to West Des Moines, IA in 2002.

He was a long time employee of Farmer's National Bank. He enjoyed playing golf, fishing and Iowa Hawkeye sports.

He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Margaret (Peg) Daniels, one daughter: Jacie Daniels of West Des Moines, IA, one son: Mark Daniels (Lonita) of Lakeville, MN. Grandaughters: Deborah Ewen of Urbandale, IA, Sarah (Martin) Hinrichs of Olathe, KS, Jennifer (Mark) Wenberg of Morrisville, NC and one grandson: Jeffrey (Brittney Johnson) Daniels of Belle Plaine, MN. Also, one great-grandson: Jackson Hinrichs.

A private burial will be held at Graceland Cemetery in Webster City, IA at a later date.
