Richard C. Farley, 81, of Seal Beach, CA, passed away Jan. 9, 2016 at Los Alamitos Med Center in California. He was born September 7, 1934 in Blairsburg, IA, son of Russell & Lola Farley.

Richard graduated from Blairsburg High School Class of 1953. He married Iva Del Burr and had two daughters and was later divorced. He joined the Navy in 1954 and served as a medical corpsman. He later worked at Los Angeles Drug Co, and then funeral director at Rose Hills Memorial Park and All Souls Mortuary for 30 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and survived by his daughters Susan and Rebecca, four grandchildren and one great granddaughter all of California, brothers Rodney (Jan) and Ron of California, Roger (MaryBeth) of Kentucky, Robert (Cindy) of Webster City, IA and sister Judy (Jim) Bergkamp of Webster City, IA and their children.
