Gayland Eugene Fosberg joined the Lord on December 22, 2015 at The Soldiers Home in Orting, WA, surrounded by family.

Gayland was born on December 15, 1930 in the town of Stanhope, IA, to his mother, Lenore Fosberg and father, Clarance (Cub) Fosberg.

He married the love of his life, Norma Jean Frazee, on July 20, 1955. They had two beautiful girls: Toni and Terri. He reenlisted in the Air Force and retired on August 1, 1971 with 20 years of service to this country.

Gayland was preceded in death by his brother, Cordal Fosberg; sister, Mary Whaley; parents, Lenore Fosberg and Clarance (Cub) Fosberg; wife, Norma Jean Fosberg; son, Timothy Fosberg; and his oldest daughter, Toni Arnold.

Gayland is survived by his brothers, Sterling and David Fosberg; sister, Charlotte Randall; daughter, Terri Libert; grandchildren, Scott Arnold, Angie Treptow, Michael Arnold and Nicole Hopkins; and nine great-grandchildren.
