The Daily Freeman JournalJames H. Irving, 81, passed away on December 23, 2015. His wishes are to be cremated and a private memorial service will be held.
Jim was born on June 1, 1934 to Grace and William Irving in Newton, Iowa. He married Margie A. (Larsen) Irving on June 6, 1954. He retired from US West after 35 years of service.
He will be missed by his wife of 61 years, Margie; children, Connie (Virgil) Erbe of Ames, Patty (Jim) Siebersma of Urbandale, Cristi (Paul) Whitmore of Webster City, Tammi (Dave) Kantak of Webster City, and Kurt (Jill) Irving of Webster City; 10 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Bobby.
