Harriette Louise Anderson, 92, entered into her eternal rest on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at Van Diest Medical Center, Webster City where she had been a patient for one day.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 6, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Webster City with Pastor Mark Eichler officiating. Burial will follow the service at the Lawn Hill Cemetery south east of Stanhope. Visitation will be at the church from 9:00 a.m. until service time on Monday.

Harriette Louise Kraft, daughter of Ernest and Eleanor (Michael) Kraft, was born on January 5, 1923 in Murphysboro, IL. She attended Immanuel Lutheran Parochial School and graduated from Murphysboro High School in 1941. She received her RN from Lutheran Hospital School of Nursing in St. Louis, MO in 1944. Harriette worked at Lutheran Hospital as an assistant night supervisor and assistant surgical supervisor. She married DeWayne Campbell Anderson on April 4, 1948 and they made their home in St. Louis, MO for a few months before moving to Stanhope, IA where DeWayne practiced medicine in Stanhope, Webster City, and Ames. She was a homemaker and worked periodically in her husband's medical office.

She is survived by her two daughters and sons-in-law, Paula Sue (Mark) Millikan of Corning, IA and Margaret (Dennis) Karst of Mantorville, MN; her sister, Pauline Althoff of Murphysboro, IL; brother, Richard (Barb) Kraft of Geneseo, IL; nieces and nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

She was a longtime member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Webster City.
