Maxine Draeger, 71, Webster City, died Feb. 10, 1993 at her home. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Asbury United Methodist Church with the Rev. Torger Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Cass Center cemetery, north of Webster City. Visitation is after 5 p.m. today at the Foster Funeral Home until 8 am. Saturday when the casket will be taken to the church.

Maxine Hazel Larson, daughter of Elmer and Leila (Miller) Larson, was born July 27, 1921 at Woolstock. She received her education in Hamilton County schools.

On June 6, 1941, she married Raymond Draeger in Missouri. The couple resided in the Hamilton County area. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Raymond; daughters, Carol Arthur of Clarion, Sharon Conway of Scranton, Pa., Gladys Pruismann and Marjorie Krieger, both of Blairsburg, Judy Burlingame of Holland, Mich., Pearl Whitson of Sac City, Viola Christian of Kamrar, Barbara Shaw of Fort Dodge, Mary Ann Torrez of Albuquerque, N.M., Jane Schnell and Marlene Kastner, both of Webster City; sons, George, LeRoy, Albert and Gary, all of Webster City, Charles of Stratford; 52 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; brothers. Dean of Jewell, Charles of Goodell, John A. of Webster City, Elmer of Clear Lake, sisters, Marcella Claude of Webster City and Laura Duede of Amanllo, Texas; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by sons, David and Darwin; her parents, three sisters and two brothers.
