Mrs. Hannah Olsen, 82, died at midnight at the McGinnis nursing home in Des Moines where she had been residing for several months.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Trinity Lutheran church in Ellsworth with Rev. Orville Sanderson officiating. The body is lying in state at the Westover funeral home in Des Moines. Burial will be made in the Homewood cemetery at Ellsworth.

Mrs. Olsen is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Ray Thompson, Sr., of Ellsworth, Mrs. J. R. Peck and Mrs. Harry Smith, both of Des Moines; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; two brothers, Harold Lindebak of Radcliffe and Jesse Lindebak of LuVerne, and three sisters, Mrs. Amanda Thoreson and Mrs. Mable Brinton, both of Ellsworth and Mrs. Ida Knudson of Williams.

Mrs. Olsen was a member of the Trinity Lutheran church.

[Mrs. Hannah Olsen was born in Leland, Illinois on February 5, 1880, and was baptized in the Lutheran church there. At the age of two, she came with her parents and sister Amanda to the homestead north of Ellsworth where Mabelle Brinton now resides. On August 14, 1902 she was united in marriage at her parents' home to Joseph Olsen, also of Ellsworth. To this union were born four children; Lawrence, who died in infancy, and three daughters, Mrs. Ray (Lois) Thompson of Ellsworth, Mrs. John R. (Ruth) Peck of Des Moines, and Mrs. H. K. (Frances Jo) Smith, also of Des Moines.]
