Marjorie Verdell Danielson died at Bethany Manor, Story City, May 15, 2009. She was born June 4, 1916 and lived more than one-third of her 92 years at Bethany Manor. She grew up in Ellsworth where she lived with her parents, Orm and Emma until their deaths.

Marjorie survived her six siblings, one niece, one nephew, one great-niece and one great-great-nephew; Constance, Elston, Arlene Faithe, Homer, her twin sister Margaret, Rae Jean, Edward, Jody, and Chase. Marjorie is survived by 16 nieces and nephews whose names, families and birthdays she always remembered.

Marjorie was blessed by the loving care she received at Bethany Manor and the many lives she touched and who touched hers. Funeral services will be in the Chapel at Bethany Manor, Sunday, May 24 at 2 p.m. Burial will follow in Homewood Cemetery in Ellsworth and a social hour at Trinity Lutheran Church.
