Rhonda L. Davis, age 53, of Alden, died on Tuesday, September 1, 2009 at the Hampton Health Care Center. Funeral services will be 10:30 A.M. Friday at the Immanuel Memorial UCC in Alden with burial in the Oak Hill Cemetery, Popejoy. Visitation will be 4-7 P.M. Thursday at the Surls Funeral Home in Iowa Falls.

Rhonda Leigh Davis was born on May 26, 1956, the daughter of Nathan and Norma (Rash) Hunt. She graduated from the Alden High School in 1974. On October 17, 1979 Rhonda was united in marriage to William Davis at the UCC Church in Buckeye. She had been a waitress at the Country Kitchen.

Rhonda is survived by her husband, William; two sons, Chad (Ashley) Davis of Blairsburg and Tony (Melissa) Davis of Alden; a daughter, Stacie (Darren) Davis of Webster City; six grandchildren; three brothers, Steve (Linda) Hunt of Alden, Michael (TJ) Hunt of Alden, and Douglas (Becky) Hunt of Iowa Falls; two sisters, Barbara (Steven) Gardner of Forks, WA and Pam (Lance) Hunt of Dows; five sisters-in-law, Joanne (Dan) Withers of Webster City, Kathy (Rick) Silvest of Iowa Falls, LaVon (Jeff) Schwebke of Lincoln, NE, Debbie (Mark) Dow of Clarion, and Tracie (Josh) Bolhuis of Dows; and two brothers-in-law, Rick Davis of Dows and James (Ronda) Davis of Alden.

She was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents; a sister-in-law; a niece; and her mother-in-law.
