Dana Alan Clark was born November 11, 1958, to Cyril and Betty (Olson)Clark. He passed away June 7, 2009 peacefully in his sleep at Harborview Hospital in Seattle, Washington.

Dana was confirmed at Bethesda Lutheran Church in Jewell. He graduated from South Hamilton High School. He also worked for W and G Marketing in Jewell. He married Shila Pringle on June 30, 1984. He had two daughters, Jennifer and Camie.

He is survived by his parents, Cyril and Betty Clark of Ames, Iowa; three brothers, Steven Clark of Sioux city, Iowa, David Clark of Woolstock, Iowa, and Randy and wife Vera Clark of Klamath Falls, Oregon; one sister, Shawna Carter and husband Bob of Farnhamville, Iowa; two daughters, Jennifer OberhoKamp of Story City, Iowa and Camie Clark of Des Moines, Iowa; three grandsons, Caleb, Nathaniel and Koby; one granddaughter, Amiryssa; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Kim Clark; grandparents Floyd and Ruth Olson and John and Ellen Clark.

Funeral services will be held at Evergreen Cemetery on Saturday, July 25, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. Memorials may be sent to the Clark family.
