Kim Eugene Clark, 54, died on Thursday, October 16, 2008. He was found dead in his friend's apartment. He was cremated.

Kim was the son of Cyril and Betty Clark of Ames, formerly of Jewell. He lived in Jewell, graduated from South Hamilton High School in 1973, and was confirmed at Bethesday Lutheran Church. He worked at Hawkeye Mink Plant in Jewell and had other odd jobs. He then moved to Plymouth, MN and was a cook for 13 years for the carnivals. He traveled to many states, planned on going to Wisconsin and California when he left Ames where he visited his parents. That would be his last time traveling this year.

Kim is survived by his brothers, Steven Clark of Sioux City, IA, David Clark of Woolstock, IA, Dana Clark of Seattle, WA, Randy Clark and wife Vera of Klamath Falls, OR, and one sister, Shauna and husband Bob Carter of Farnhamville, IA; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his Grandma and Granpa Floyd and Ruth Olson and Grandma and Grandpa John and Ellen Clark.

Funeral services will be held at Bethesda Lutheran Church on Saturday afternoon, November 1, 2008 at 2:00 o'clock. Burial will take place at Evergreen Cemetery in Jewell.
