Cecil E Gramblin, 84, of Heritage Acres Care Center, died there Friday, Jan. 5, 1996, after a long illness. Graveside services: 2 p.m. Thurday, Graceland Cemetery, Webster City. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are with Cedar Memorial Funeral Home.

Survivors include a daughter, Janice Elm of Toddville; three sons, Cecil L. of London, Ark., Marvin of Stover, Mo., and Gary of Norway, Iowa; and two sister, Edith Frakes of Webster City and Letha Johnson of Leon.

Also surviving are 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; two brothers; and a sister.

Cecil was born June 16, 1911, in Webster City, the son of John and Iva Gramblin, and married Anne Crouch there. She died in 1959. Cecil was the service manager at several Lincoln-Mercury dealerships for many years, retirin in the mid-1970's. He was a member of the Moose Lodge and Church of Christ in Webster City.

Memorial donations may be given to the Parkinson's Support Group, c/o St. Luke's Hospital, Cedar Rapids; or Little Lamb's Christian Preschool, Zion Lutheran Church, Hiawatha.
