Lodge named "Independent Order of Honor"

My great grandfather was John Wellington Deignan, my great uncle was Osborn Warren Deignan. Inasmuch as I cannot seem to advance in my genealogical research on John Wellington, I read through Mrs. Wood, a Stuart Historian, that great grandfather belonged to a group called, "Independent Order of Honor". My question is Would the book, by any chance, give his place of birth. I am unable to continue my research until I can establish a place of birth.
