"Funeral services for Mrs. Ralph (Ada) Peters were scheduled today at 2 p.m. from Bagley Church of Christ. After six years in the Bayard Nursing Home she succumbed Monday. She had been a semi-invalid for many years following a stroke. Officiating at the rites was Louis Ferguson, a former Bagley minister and presently from Peterson. Mrs. Ray Corsaut and Mrs. Ivel Carroll sang and were accompanied by Mrs. Douglas Becker. The casket was carried by Ivel Carroll, Roy Moore, Raymond Peters, Robert Porter, Byron Burrell and Orville Evelsizer. Interment was made in the Dodge cemetery. Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William E. Moore, Mrs. Peters was born in Guthrie County March 11, 1898, and she had lived her entire life in the Bagley community. She was active in Bagley community affairs so long as her health permitted. Three sons and a daughter survive. They are Mrs. L. R.* (LaVonne) Lindberg, Ft. Dodge; Lt. Col. Vern Peters, Rantoul, Ill; Robert Peters, Sheldon, and Ronald Peters, Chicago, Ill. Also there are 11 grandchildren and six great grandchildren surviving as well as brothers Charles Moore, Pasadena, Calif; Oscar Moore, Glidden, and Ralph Moore, Oak Park, Ill, and a sister, Clara Roberts of West Des Moines."
