BayardDonald "Donnie" Lee Worshek, 71, died on June 23, 2013, at Thomas Rest Haven in Coon Rapids, Iowa. Visitation will be from 4 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 26, at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Bayard, where there will be a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 27 St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Burial with military honors will be in the Highland Township Cemetery in Bayard.
Donnie is survived by his wife, Marietta Worshek; daughter, Kelly Worshek, sons, Duane and Bobbie Worshek; brothers, Lynn and Denny Worshek (Rita); sister, Marilyn Behr; three stepchildren; nine step-grandchildren; four great step-grandchildren.
