The Guthrian June 2nd, 1881

Notice is hereby given that the partnership heretofore existing between R. F. McLuen, J. S. McLuen and J. E. Horton, under the firm name of McLuen Bros. & Horton, and carrying on the Blacksmith and Agricultural Implement business in Guthrie Center, Iowa has been this day mutually dissolved, J. E. Horton retiring. The business will hereafter be conducted by R. F. McLuen and J. S. McLuen under the firm name of McLuen Bros., who assume and will pay all indebtedness of the firm of McLuen Bros. & Horton and all accounts due said firm of McLuen Bros. & Horton shall be paid to McLuen Bros. or to W. H. Stiles their attorney, who will have the books of the old frim in his hands for collection.
