Robert Morrison Dies Suddenly

Robert Morrison died very suddenly in his bed at his home in Reinbeck about 4 o'clock Friday morning. He had been in good health up to the time he was stricken with a heart attack. He was 69 years old on the 22nd of last month. He was born on a farm north of Grundy Center. He was a son of Mr. and Mrs. L. J. Morrison.

On Dec. 28, 1910, Robert Morrison and Myrtle Robbins were married in Grundy Center. They resided on a farm in South Dakota a few years. The remainder of their life was on a farm in Washington township until five years ago, when they moved to Reinbeck.

The body was at the French Funeral Home in Reinbeck until Monday afternoon, when services were held in the Congregational church in Reinbeck. Burial was in the cemetery at Morrison.

Surviving are the wife, one son and two daughters. The son is Russell from Hudson. The daughters are Joy Morrison, Eldora, and Mrs. Elmer Senning, Grundy Center. There are two grandchildren. Other surviving relatives are one brother, Bert, from Morrison, and one sister, Mrs. Floy Hood from Beaman.
