Virginia F. Beckwith, 90, passed away on October 10, 2015 in Mesa, Ariz. She was born on May 5, 1925 near Lincoln, Iowa; the daughter of Albert and Frieda Lorenz. She married Donald E. Beckwith on April 2, 1945 in Alameda, Calif.; he preceded her in death in 1996.

She was employed at Norwesco in Grundy Center, Iowa; retiring in 1987.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, four sisters, two brothers and one great granddaughter.

Virginia is survived by two brothers, Albert of Grundy Center, Iowa and Eldon of Cedar Falls, Iowa; 3 daughters, Nancy Koch of Ariz., Sharon (Jim) McGrane of Ariz., Carla (Mark) Nash of Cedar Falls, Iowa,; one 1 son Donald (Roberta) Beckwith, Jr. of Council Bluffs, Iowa; 9 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.

Inurnment at the Washington Township Cemetery in Morrison, Iowa will be a private family service to be held at a later date.
