A. Eygabroad Services Held

Funeral services for Anneus E. "Bing" Eygabroad, 74, of 107 West Meadow Land, Marshalltown, were held on Tuesday, September 7 at the First Baptist Church at Marshalltown. Rev. Robert Wisehart was officiating pastor. Burial was in Rose Hill Memory Gardens at Marshalltown.

Anneus was born on September 21, 1918 at Wellsburg and was the son of Earl and Margaret (Koch) Eygabroad. He was raised in Wellsburg and attended the Wellsburg School System.

On August 8, 1938 he was married to Pearlie Ellison at Marshalltown. After serving in the U.S. Navy during World War II he worked for Dunham Bush as a laboratory superintendent for 42 years until his retirement in 1983. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Marshalltown.

Survivors are his wife Pearlie and two daughters: Tamara Mull of Marshalltown and Deatra Barnes of Broken Arrow, OK; a son, Bradley Eygabroad of Cedar, MN; his mother, Mrs. Margaret Koch Eygabroad; and a sister Lillie (Mrs. Harold) Weichers of Wellsburg. Also surviving are eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Preceding him in death were his father, Earl H. Eygabroad; two sons Patrick Eygabroad and Steven Eygabroad; and one brother Earl V. Eygabroad.
