Former Ivester Resident Dies

The Ivester community was saddened last week when word was received of the unexpected death of Wesley Albin, Harrisburg, PA. Funeral services were held Monday, Aug. 30, in Pennsylvania. Wes grew up in the Ivester community, then spent most of his adult life working for CROP. He leaves a wife and three children. He was the son of Rev. Charles and Ica Albin who preceded him in death. He was brother to LaVonne Kruschwitz, Grundy Center; Kathy Waterman, Marshalltown; and Robert Albin, Des Moines. They all attended the services in Pennsylvania this week.
