Ivester friends were saddened to learn that Ruth Messer of West Chicago, passed away recently. Ruth, daughter of Adam and Ada Messer, lived all her early life in the Ivester community where she and her family were active members in the Ivester church. She was a sister to Kenneth, Norman and Russell Messer. Ruth graduated from Grundy Center High School in 1923 and spent most of her adult life in the Chicago area.
