Lois E. Larson, 88, of Swisher died Saturday November 12, 2016 at the Solon Care Center in Solon. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday November 26, at the Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may gather at the Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home at 10:30 AM on the 26th prior to the graveside service.

Survivors include a brother Dale Nederhoff of Galena, a sister Betty Mehmen of Hastings, Nebraska; and several nieces and nephews.

Lois was born on July 20, 1928 in Grundy Center the daughter of Albert and Catherine Neessen Nederhoff. She married Seth L. Larson on May 28, 1949 in Cedar Rapids. Seth passed away in 1983.

Lois worked at Turner Microphone for many years and later at the Swisher Bank for several years. She enjoyed boating with Seth on Lake McBride, watching TV and was an avid reader. She especially enjoyed the time spent with her beloved family and many friends.

A memorial fund has been established.
