At the home of his daughter, Mrs. A. Freeland, on Thursday, Sept. 22, of dropsy of the heart, Stephen Sinkler, aged 70 years and 11 months. Deceased was known by all people of this vicinity and was for some time previous to his death a resident of Parkersburg.
