Funeral Held For Former Resident

Funeral services for Mrs. Harry Rasmusson, 67, of 720 14th St. Place, Nevada were held on Monday at 11 a.m. at the United Methodist Church at Nevada. Mrs. Rasmussen, the former Mathilda Meyer passed away on Friday at the hospital in Nevada following a lingering illness.

Those who survive are her husband Harry, three daughters and one son, who are Linda, Mrs. Steve Severaid of Des Moines; Jim Rasmusson of McCallsburg; Nancy, Mrs. Randy Siebring of Nevada; and Nina, Mrs. Steve Dunker of Clarion. There are also five grandchildren. Other survivors are her father and stepmother, Mr. and Mrs. Harm J. Meyer of Aplington, two brothers and two sisters, John H. Meyer, Marlyn Meyer, Mrs. Viola Peters and Mrs. Clarence Freese.
