Laura Jean Williams, 61, of Dike, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at Sartori Hospital in Cedar Falls, Iowa. A celebration of life will be held at Laura’s Home on Saturday, October 14, 2017 after 12 noon. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Engelkes-Abels Funeral Homes, Dike Chapel. Memorials in Laura’s name may be directed to the Dike Public Library.

Laura is survived by her mother Alice Whedon; her children Sarah (Cory) Kramer; Nicole Williams (her Fiancé Tim Howell); Dave Williams; Anna and Emma Williams; granddaughters Alice and Ambreana; brother Dave (Karen) Whedon; sisters Jan (George) Chalifoux; Ellen (Bob) Edwards and Chris (Dan) Porter and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Jack Whedon and husband Dave Williams.
