Ella Everts Services

Services for Ella Everts, 80, of 1010 Maple Street, Cedar Falls, were set for Monday, December 29 at Orchard Hill Reformed Church, Cedar Falls, and burial at Pleasant Valley Reformed Church Cemetery near Holland, Iowa.

Mrs. Everts died December 27th at Sartori Memorial Hospital in Cedar Falls.

Born August 27, 1900, near Dike, she was the daughter of William and Tina Arends Syhlman. On January 25, 1923, she married Jacob Everts at Holland. He died in 1950.

Survivors include two sons, Alvin F. Syhlman of Dike, and Lester J. Everts of rural Cedar Falls; two daughters, Mrs. Harlan Eckhoff of 3010 Center Street, and Mrs. Clarence Klunder of 6017 Edison Drive, Cedar Falls; 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Verb Syhlman of Aplington, and Harm Syhlman of 2709 Cedar Heights Drive; and one sister, Jennie Everts of Parkersburg.

The Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home had charge of the arrangements.
