Mrs. Heye DeBoer Dies Suddenly

Mrs. Heye DeBoer died quite suddenly at her home in German township last Friday. Heart trouble was the cause of her death. Funeral services were held at the home Tuesday and later at the Mueller church. The services were very largely attended. Mrs. DeBoer was sick less than a day. Death coming so quickly was a big shock to the family and to their many friends.

Mrs. DeBoer was born in Germany, and she was about sixty-five years old at the time of her death. All of her married life was spent on the farm in German township where she and the family during the many years they resided here gained a very wide acquaintance.

Mrs. DeBoer is survived by her husband and four children. The children are Harm DeBoer, Mrs. Barney Hook, Mrs. Rudolph Hook, all of this county and Mrs. W. Tellinghuisen from White, S.D.

Mrs. Heye DeBuhr Dead

Well Known Resident of German Twp. Passed Away Suddenly Friday of Heart Trouble

Mrs. Heye DeBuhr, a well known resident of German township, living 5 miles northwest of Wellsburg, died of heart trouble very suddenly last Friday. The funeral was held at the home at 1 o'clock Tuesday, and later at the H. E. Muller church, where interment was made in the Muller cemetery. The funeral was largely attended by friends of the family from all parts of the surrounding country.

Mrs. DeBuhr was a Ludeman and leaves a number of relatives among that family. Of her own family, there survive to mourn her loss her husband and four daughters and a son. These are Mrs. Barney Hook, Mrs. Rudolph Hook and Mrs. Jake Reiken of this county, and Mrs. Tellinghuisen of White, South Dakota. She also leaves a son, Harm DeBuhr, living at home.

A daughter, Mrs. Ben Thorn, died about a year ago.

The funeral was under the charge of Rev. H. E. Muller.--Wellsburg Herald
